Terms & Condition

All products are device only without box and accessories.

 

Condition and grading

The goods are sold by supplier and purchased by buyer on an “as is” with all used devices. Buyer acknowledges and understands that the goods are used goods. Some minor defects of the goods are not guaranteed. Eastlink cannot guarantee that goods is no blemish. There also will have possibilities of a 3% error margin for all items that do not meet the conditions stated above (claims will only be considered after exceeding this 3%).

 

Shipping and Taxes

Buyer shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided in connection with your Order, including without limitation, the Delivery Address and contact details. Eastlink shall not be liable for any failure or delay or otherwise in discharging our obligations and / or performing our duties under the Contract if such default is in any way due to the incomplete and / or inaccurate information provided by buyer in respect of the Order.

 

All of our products are EXW Hong Kong. Buyer should understand that all shipping fee, bank transaction fee, destination duties, taxes and custom clearance are responsible by buyer. Eastlink will not be responsible of any of the above items. For any extra charges Eastlink reserves the rights to charge back from buyers.

 

Claims and Returns

All products had been verified according to our inspection standard. Claims for shortage or quality problem must be made within 7 business days after delivery of goods (excluding any “Improper use” or disassembly, repair, modification and software upgrade carried out by anyone). Otherwise they are deemed waived.

 

Eastlink reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms. In case of a dispute, Eastlink reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
